G.J. Gardner Homes have been operating in the Franklin area since 1997 and is independently owned and operated by Grant & Anna Robinson of RGB Homes Ltd. In 2023 after years of success, the Papakura/Franklin franchise of G.J. Gardner Homes was split into two businesses to better serve their customers, creating Papakura and Franklin. Our Franklin team is excited to continue building homes in the community they love.
